If you're like me this LOOKS exactly the same and has absolutely no effect on your gameplay or anything. Though Assassin's Creed Mirage has since received its official title, fans can look back to its earlier working name Assassin's Creed Rift to try and glean potential clues to the game's story.
Installation of the game took about more than 2 hours. For some reason, the only games I cannot play at even medium settings, are Assassin's Creed games. Click on UAC and then drag the slider to the down. and HD graphics makes Liberation an immersive and full Assassin's Creed in her way. You can check if they are all placed in the correct folders and please download them if corrupt from the official sites only.
If the DVD has some scratches, then get new one and reinstall the game. Trying to read the animus database entries at night made my eyes tear up, besides that, it was mostly fine, at first the game seemed really dark (brightness was at 5 as per default) but then i increased it to 7 and it looked perfect, the guide i used to determine a good brightness level was to have Connor stand somewhere out of shadows and basically increase the brightness until the sash/belt was red and not a burgundy/maroon/purple color, PC version can't come out soon enough. Thanks for the help,Rolling back to older drivers has made it better but it's still stuttering a bit, it's not comfortable to play it for too long.Only trouble is that now I can't access the 3D settings but if this is the best I can get it then it will do. With all new missions, upgraded levels & environments, refined gameplay, and a true HD. I've tried all the basic troubleshooting recommended by Ubisoft support but nothing's working. But at the same time, if it's above around six, the menus and title screens are too bright to see much. Try running the game by lowering their settings. As the game is not supported on XP, you would be playing it either on Vista or Windows 7.
